Tillamook Beekeepers Association Membership and Renewal Application 

 IMPORTANT: The Tillamook Beekeepers Association (TBA) respects the privacy of its members and will never sell any information supplied. We may however, utilize photographs from TBA meetings and events for promotional purposes. By filling out this membership form, you are authorizing the use of photographs of you, unless you specifically request otherwise on this form. You further agree to hold the TBA harmless for any accident or injury you might receive as a result of participating in any TBA meetings or sponsored events. 

Annual Dues are $30.00 for a bundled membership of up to 3 people in your household.

Premium Dues for Oxalic Acid Vaporizing Equipment unlimited use throughout the year are $60.00 for a bundled membership of up to 3 people in your household.
