If your bottom hive box has frames with about three inches of wax hanging down from them it's because your screened bottom board is upside down.
When you turn it over, you'll need to rotate the box so the landing board is still in the correct spot.
It's come up twice now, once today. Needless to say, you'll need to cut off all that wax. It's drone comb, of course.
Cut off any drone comb you can now. It harbors varroa mites. Feed it to your chickens if you have any.
