The word went around a few years ago about Onslaught. It's a poison used on some form of protein. Yellow Jackets take it back to the nest and it kills the whole colony. It didn't work for me because I didn't use it correctly. It doesn't affect bees because bees don't go after chicken. It's put in a container the size of a small medicine bottle.
The video from Sundown Farms "Onslaught for Yellow jackets" is excellent. It's thorough and very clearly explains exactly how to use it.
It costs $56 for 16 ounces and you only use 1/4 tsp per 10 ounces of chicken. So I have a huge amount left but on the internet it says it's only good for three to five years from date of purchase. So I am going to buy more.
You might want to team up with some friends and share a quart.
