We have decided to hold our Grand Opening on the 15th of July!!!
We are thinking that this will be our Monthly Meeting for July as well.
We are seeking volunteers for a steering team to organize the event.
We already plan on lots of publicity via every media we can think of. We plan on personal invitations for the leadership of the OSBA and each of the 17 bee clubs in Oregon, local civic leaders and groups, our sponsors, and those that have given us funds to build the Apiary, and other VIP. We think we can get the Creamery and Werner's to donate food for the invent, and so much more.
